Hello Sir/Madam

Money has been deducted twice on 03/11/2010 for my HDFC Mutual Fund tax saving plan. I had received statement only for Rs.1000/- for the other extra Rs.1000/- there is no records with customer care. I had to email to "HDFCMFCAMS <enq_h@camsonline.com>" this department is telling they cant refund the amount. they are not providing their contact number so that I can talk to them.
Customer care representative still tell they have no records of additional deduction.

I am from middle class family. I have to plan well before each and every expense. I have not paid my mobile bill (Rs.450/- and credit card (minimum pay Rs.220/-) because of HDFC Mutual Fund department's mistake
I dont want to bare any expenses because of your mistake.

My folio number is - 6858523/71

I want my money back and the late payment fee of my mobile bill (Rs.100) and late payment fee HDFC Credit card payment . Please do some thing.
