I was having a above said policy from the bajaj allianz company . I have paid 30,000 premium(single in year) for three years . after that I have raise the surrender form vs request no 7746515( Dated 28-10-2010)
while closing my policy my found value was 94000 as per negotiation between your executive and me (by phone).
as per sunder terms given in your policy paper and negotiation with your executive before final closing of policy I am eligible to get minimum amount between 70000-80000 after cutting the surrender charges ,but against that only 56000 amount is transferred to my account.
i am having eligation that compnay is making frod with me and that to after confroming with the executive by phone.

I need detailed clarification on this from above said mutual fund company and i would like to know when and how balance amount will be given to me.
