Dear sir,
I have been running after iciciprulife for a cheque for a few surrendered policy for the last 20 days. I submitted the policy for refund on 1st October 2010. My documents were 100% complete in all respect and i made sure with the staff in the iciciprulife office to ensure that. They promised that i would receive the cheque within 10 days max. It didnot and so i let even a few more days go by.
Now after 21 days too i am not getting the cheque and they are giving lame excuses and promising some more days.
I have therefore lost a lot of money because of this delay in payment on purpose.
I always get automated reply and there is actually no one looking at it.
Please tell me what to do.
