I have requested via my accounts statement for the redemption and I received confirmation statement from the Reliance Mutual Fund. When my money not got credited to my bank account I enquire and got a response via mail that it is due to my signature mismatch. I written various mail that I am not asking my money to pay me directly instead deposit to my bank account mentioned in your record. My identity established with my email communication then where is the question of signature mismatch for that I have not received any response. I repeatedly asking escalation details but no one is providing me. Please help.
