Complaint Against Franklin Templeton Investments I have given a request for redemtion of portfolio on 22nd Sep 10 and customer service executive confirmed the credit will be happen in 3 working days.Till today the amount is not credited when dialing them they are telling the NEFT is made and given a reference number. But my banker is confirming that there is no such NEFT.Kindly help me how to go about this.
