I did an investment in L-035G – SBI – Magnum Sector Funds Umbrella Pharma – Growth Option (Folio Number – 6142454) of Rs. 5000 on January 27, 2006. I took it on behalf of my Sister (Deepti Bhardwaj) who was a minor then.

Now when my Sister, Deepti Bhardwaj, 18 Years Old now, wants to redeem the money for herself, she is having a real tough time with this Broker of ours Mr. Rajesh Goel (ARN – 31219). Even after giving her Separate Bank Details, Cancelled Check with her Signature, Signature Verified by Bank Manager and Duly Filled in Redemption Form, She could not get her money for past 10 months.
Please suggest what needs to be done.
