Hi Sir/Madam,

I have Mutual fund policy (Policy No: 02542360) from ICICI Bank and i had been to ICICI Jayanagar branch on 15/04/2009 for partial withdrawal of 10000.00 rupees.
After filling & submitting all the documents with my current savings account number to ICICI bank, they promised me that the amount will be reflected into my savings account within 5 working days but till date they still say that it's under process and was delayed due to technical reasons.
I want to take legal action against them because based on ICICI bank promise i had committed to others to whom i had to make payment.
ICICI also does not have courtesy to apologise or callback customer & let them know the status as to why it's delayed.
I just want stringent action to be taken on ICICI and need compensation for there mistake.

I want to know that what is my poicy status and what will be the matured amount and when It will be matured and what is procedure to withdrawal and what is duration for receiveing of amount.

To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.
