I am having two Reliance Sip plant. I have discontinue one of them. However, I am continuing another one. whose account number is 40492124606, Reliance Mutual Fund

Every month sip amount Rs. 1000/- is diducted form my account. My respective bank statement is clearly showing the same as it is a ECS process. I have talk several times regarding the same to their customer care executive. They give me the complain No. However, it is very surprised to me that when I have tried to know the status about my compalin no. she(one customer care) simply replied me that the number what I am refereing is wrong number. She gave me another number

As per the advise from 1st telecon I made fax of my bank statement to their given Fax no.022-39141302. They are telleing me that they have not receive any fax from me.

Kindly help me to this matter
