I had sent the 2 Indemnity bonds on 09/06/2010 through DTDC courier,
But I have not yet received the Duplicate warrant.
I called up your customer care yesterday but they were unable to tell me the status. Instead they lodged a complaint vide # 8001632644 and promised to send the warrant in 2 days.
Hope there will be no miss this time.
I am in urgent need of money. Please send the warrant at the earliest.

Hi,
The signature on the attached POD is not mine that you can verify from
your records very well. Moreover my full address is not mentioned on the
POD. How could I believe that the cheques were delivered to somebody.
Cal-25 is a big territoryand there might be "N" number of Seema Agarwal
in Cal-25. In the previous mail you mentioned that the cheques were
delivered on 5/05/10 but I do not see any date of delivery on the POD.
Do not try to goof up the issue. You cannot escape from your
responsibility by simply providing the POD.
What for your customer care is good?
1) Wrong information
2) Delay in responding to the customer complaints
I again request you to stop those cheques immediately and issue me fresh
cheques and send to me at my new address immediately.

Dear Madam,
I logged a query on 6th May-2010 and receiving the reply on 27th May,
i.e. 21 days later. In between I wrote toyou on 11th May, 2010 and
received the attached reply on 17th.
To my utter surprise on 11th May I called up ur Customer care dept. and
they confirmed that the cheques have been returned from my old address
and they advised me to give me a letter for change of address. I
deposited the letter on 14th may and my address got changed on 18th May.
On 19tn May I againcalled up ur customer care dept and they confirmed
that the cheques have been dispatched to my new address thru First
Flight courier. But till date I have not yet received the same.
Now You are saying that the cheques were received by Mr. S Agarwal on
5th May, 2010. You are requested to kindly locate those cheques
immediately or stop the payment of those cheques immediately. Because I
have not received the cheques.
I am surprise how can u be so relaxed in taking the actions against the
customer complaints.
