Dear Sir/Madam,
i am having a birla sunlife, flexi growth policy number 000852923, I was not able to pay the premium for two year due to some financial issues and i made a payment of both the premium's last year, it has been terminated due to non receiving of COI form (Health Check form) although i submitted it in Dwarka branch and they are not ready to accept this fact. The payment got cleared from my account on 04th November 2009. Policy was terminated by them on 26th December and they were insisting that they had not received the form and nothing can be done now.
I was under lots of mental stress and i told them that i may go to consumer court for this. They have reverted to me after 6 months now that they are very sorry for the error on their part and policy is activated now and they want to do me a payment now for three premiums. Now what should i do as i have already gone through lots of mental pain. Can i file a complaint against them for their mistakes on their part.
