Dear Sir/ Mam,

i had two investments with Birla Sunlife Mutual fund and Principal mutual fund both of Rs. 1000/- each every month, both was SIP with both of companies in the period of Feb. 2008 and March 2008.

in the month of February 2008 from my saving account with Bank of Baroda SB/A 29610100001928 there are two debit entries under ECS sequence No. ( 2005013463 and 2005171716) with above mentioned both companies

but in the month March 2008 there are three debits in my account under ECS sequence No. 2005555132 (Dated 03-03-2008), 2005610791 (Dated 05-03-2008), 2005751385 (Dated 07-03-2008), when i made enquirer to my bank they people told that Birla sunlife have made withdraw two times in this month and BOB have given me this by letter.

when i inquired with Birla sunlife they also gave me a letter that we have not taken this amount two times

now broblem is to whom should i recover this money the matter is still pending with result.
