    i have registered a complain as my Ac is not functioing correctly for the last few days ...

    LLoyd company has been given me wrong info and trying to fool around and giving false commitment reagrding the complains that i have registered ..

    I have been calling them for the last 3 to 4 days and tryiing to resolve my issue and evryday they say that the technician will come in some time

    But no one turns up

    its most disgusting service i ahve ever received from this company..

    im aware of my rights and would like to practise them..

    this is not only inconvience but harrashment that im facing from them...

    ur e mail is recd. why earlier e mails told by Pritee Choudhari didnt reach on the same email. i doubt these r not sent at all in spite of repeted requets to Pritee Choudhari
    previous mail of login passwords of my web sites for ufsmumbai.com/kiransachdev.com/vikitos.com is not recd.
    i had feeded testmail on these websites but not mail recd in my mailbox of vikramjs@hotmail.com. neither any test mail feeded by u is recd.
    above requests may b processd . this is effecting business .customers request r not reaching me.
    ur initail company phone nos are changed without notice .new phone nos since of mr abhishek / Pritee Choudhari are not attending calls / blocked consumer no on their phone .this is objectinable .which may pl be attended . the person thru i came in contact ie mr malhotra is also being informed about ur objectinable behaviour towards customers

    Post cheated in power saver device

    Sir/Madam,
    I had purchased a Power saver device from SRV Energy solution in Feb 2011 vide Invoice number Feb/101/11 for my coaching classes worth Rs.24,750. As per their claims the electricity bills of the classes would have reduced by 30% to 40%. In the first month there was some relief but after that i was surprised that my bills instead of reducing have started increasing. My complaint is because not only did the concerned person act on my complaint, he did not even bother to attend my calls and revert. I feel that i am thoroughly cheated and would like to warn others before dealing with any of such firms.

    Hope your team helps me recover my billing amount as well as the additional electric bills i have paid for the past 6 months

    Default Defected Car volkswagen vento petrol

    Dear Sir / Madam.

    I have taken Car Vento Highline Petrol Model in Month of May 2011. Car Reg No: MH-02-BR-0045 and Chassis No: WVWA11606BT034606. My car was not started once in OCT 2011. So I called up on toll free no and person came from their he did junk start. Then I took my car to KSM motors pvt ltd, vashi. Who is authorized service center of Volkswagen. I told them to check everything and give my car. They did check everything and return my car. Now again on 29-10-2011 car is not started so again I called up on toll free no and company ppl did junk start and this thing again happen on Sunday also.It means KSM Motors people have not done their work properly. I want you to take strict action against them.

    I did complain on Volkswagen toll free no on 29-10-2011. My complain no: CAL4761 and they told that company person will attend your complain within 48 hours but nobody has called me yet. I called so many times on toll free no but no same reply and no action taken by them.

    So I think this is defeat car has given me so I request you to give me another car on urgent basis. And such a reputated company like you not provide a proper service it’s really surprise. If your company going to do like this I think every people will loose faith in your company.



    So kindly request you to take this matter on urgent basis and solve the problem.

    Default Deals and You website is Fraud

    I had purchased a deal on the Deals and You website on the basis of the Fine Print mentioned on their website. However, after I purchased the deal, they introduced some additional condition not mentioned in the Fine print due to which the deal became useless.
    The customer support section of deals and you is horrible and will make you go round and round.
    Do not purshase any deals from deals and you not matter how lucrative it is. They are just trying to trap you by taking your money.

    Post complain against E ZONE the electronic shop

    i had booked a air conditioner of LG 1.5t from, E Zone, Milan Mall, santacruz west ,mumbai
    and the products was 5 STAR rating n when i got the product delivered at my place, the product was not new it was been used, with lots of scratches n dents n already the panel was rusted and i happen to complain them so they took the product back and i was been told by the manager of the store that i will be receiving my new fresh product with in a week but now its been more then 2 weeks that i have not yet received it yet, the reply what i get the time i call them up is that, sir the model which u had selected is not available with us you will have to wait for some more days.
    i dont no what am i suppose to do now kindly can you people help me out for the same.

    i bought a simcard of tata docomo(7208551506) from a shop name sai baba gift shop in CST of 50 rs..i submitted the the documents twice still my sim has not been activated.i spoke to mr prakash(0728157713) a docomo official after making many promises stiil he is not able to activate my number..i tried eveything but not able to activate my sim again..shopkeeper is also not co-operating..the current cost of my sim is 95(gprs top-up) +272(talktime) +50 (sim cost)=367 inr..kindly help me out and take care proper action so that it wont happen again with another citizen of india..

    Default Illegal Prostitution in residential society

    Sir,
    I am resident of kopar khairane, Navi Mumbai.. We stay in a co-operative society at Yashwant Arcade Teen Tanki sector-6 kopar khairane.. We suspect that there is illegal prostitution happening in the building at first floor A wing..Daily evening after 7.30 pm they play music in high volume till 1.00 at night which is very disturbing & drunked people come in the building which is very high concern for the resident living in the building.. The flat may belong to high profile person where such things are happening & so no action is done till now.. There is police station very near just in front of building but they also dont take any action after multiple complains.. please help us as we feel very insecure living in the building as there is lot of nonsense happening & young kids, ladies cannot pass through the passage as it is crowded by drunk people ..I request to please conduct a sting operation & get these vulgarities removed from societ..     Default Complaint against the builder

    Sir / Madam,

    I am Mayuri Pevekar, I want to make a complaint against Mr. Chintami Patil (Builder of Sai Chintan Developers)

    I had paid Mr. Patil Rs. 2 Lacs in advance payment, then will cancel these deal b'coz some problem then after 4 month he had refund me Rs. 1.5 lac but still not refund my balance money.

    I am continuously doing effort to collect balance amount from mr. patil I am remind him almost every day previous he was delaying the payment now he is denied for making payment. I am having the receipt Rs. 2 Lacs payment paid to him i m also having photo copy of cheque of Rs. 1.5 lac ( Credited in bank account)


    I am in very much trouble as this amount means a lot to me I am a working women even not having time to visit mr. patil place on every day basis for reminding

    Kindly assist me what I should do or if u could any action against mr. patil. I will be highly oblige to you.

    Default Dish TV Recharge

    Dear Sir,

    This is a complaint against Dish TV. I purchased a Dish TV HD connection online and the same was installed by them and I was told that for 1 month the subscription is free of Tru Royale pack. After this I can choose my desired pack and recharge accordingly.

    On 7th Dec 12 I recharged the connection for 375 Rs. 10-12 days later I received message on the TV saying that my recharge is valid upto 26th Dec'11 and I should again recharge it. Any recharge done is valid for 1 month.

    I enquired to the call centre about this and was told that the tru HD pack charges have been levied and so I will have to recharge on or before 25th Dec to avoid deactivation. I explained that I do not need this Royale pack and have paid 375 Rs. for the Tru HD world pack for 1 month validity. After a lot of argument the call centre person agreed to extend the validity to where it was ie upto 7th Jan'12 and he said that he will register a complaint against this and the issue will be resolved. The matter to me ended there.

    Now on 26th Dec'11 I find the connection deactivated and the call centre guy telling that there was no complaint by me and I will have to pay for the recharge with 20Rs. penalty.

    Even after speaking to the Nodal officer and explaining him the matter, they are again playing the same tune of recharge plus Rs. 20 penalty.

    I make this complaint towards Dish TV of cheating me and not providing services as was promised.

    Would appreciate the concern to take my matter with them and provide justice.

    Hello,

    I applied for new Passport through TRAVEL AGENT ( NEW JOLLY TRAVELS ) IATA Agent - Kandivli (West), they took immediate cash of Rs.1800 and Original documents from me on 12'th January, 2012 and assured me that they will give me a passport submission receipt and Original proof documents within 15 working days. But till date they have not even updated me the status of my passport and neither giving back me my original documents.

    I keep calling them everyday and they keep assuring me that they will do it today...

    Can anybody help me to how to give this peoples lesson for cheating and playing around with the Original documents which I handed over to with trust ?

    Is there any legal procedure to file complaint ?

    I Nilesh sonavane my mobil no <U><STRONG>9423956592</STRONG></U>. my videocon LED tv not working&nbsp;from the date-&nbsp;5/12/2011 I complait to custmercare about this after that service engineer try to repair but the fault not rectified. there after three week they said that service center put the NRN(not repair note)&nbsp;note to head office and they take decission <STRONG>my compliant no is <U>THA1002120039 </U>after that company offered me to take another model behafe of my model but i has to 2000 rs to compani i purchesed the led tv 38999 rs before 8 months (8 march 2011)&nbsp;companee offered that model i inqury about that model price i found that model prise is 28000 but videocon ask me our price is 41999 that huge diffrance in amount in that consern i refuge this offer now till i dident get solution from videocon please help me</STRONG>
