    I strongly agree with u because on 8th feb 2011 for 50000 bid pack my id was there till the auction got closed and i was refreshing the site regularly.I was confident that i have won but after sometime when no email came,i saw the winners column but there was some other name showing.i request u all to see the winners column for atleast 10 days everyday 3 or 4 names are there who is winning everyday like Naveen gupta,sunny gupta,Ravi bura and aparna.I think the staffs are also involved in this.I think a severe action has to be taken against them.With regards,Rakesh

    Thumbs up Reliance BroadBand Very Bad Customer service.

    I locked a com[plain on Tuesday 8th Feb about net not working.
    whole day i kept following on the same & i was given a reply that within 24 hrs we will take care of it.
    Now it is 15th Feb complete 7 days & my problem is not yet solved & they closed my complain yesterday that is 14th feb without resolving it.....

    Dear sir,

    I had purchased a mobile from Spice Mobile Ltd.@ Rs. 4200/- on 03/08/2010. The model name is QT 56, from starting the mobile was not functioning in good condition so I have been following the company representative to either replace or refund my money. I have mailed to the company many times and put my complain there regarding the problems. The company has replaced the set also but the problem is continuously the same. The mobile has the function of MP3 and FM facility but there is the problem of sound when I receive the call during MP3 or FM is ON. I have shown the company representative also regarding the same and they accept the problem. The warranty of the mobile is only one year and now it is only five months has left to lapse of warranty. When I am putting the pressure on representative to either give me another model on the same price or refund the money, they are refusing it. I am facing a big problem in using the mobile.

    Please give me the guidance how can I return back my money. If it is not solved then I would have to purchase another mobile.

    Dear sir,



    My name is Mohana Krishna Agapu, a cinematographer by profession. I have
    been your Tata Broadband customer since October 2007 with the plan quick
    power 180 and speed up to 2 mpbs with the user id actinic at vsnl

    In Mumbai I live with my family in rented apartments. Therefore, frequent
    shifting from one address to another is inevitable.

    Two reasons for me to be a Tata Broadband customer are its wider network and
    better service provisions. Unfortunately my current opinion about Tata
    Broadband is severely dented following my bitter experience regarding both
    over past one year.

    In August 2008 I shifted from D-304, Dheeraj Diamond Apartments,
    Chincholibunder to a new location C- 702, Kingston Heights, Chincholi
    bunder, Malad (W), Mumbai 400064.

    I had placed a request for Internet Installation to the Tata Broadband
    Customer Care intimating them about my new address. There was no response
    from the Customer Care for some time. After repeated calls the Customer Care
    informed us that Tata Broadband connection was not feasible at my new
    address.

    I requested for a new connection to the Marketing Department of Tata
    Broadband & it was provided to us in 2 days, with a new user id and a new
    plan of quick power 150. I was told quick power 180 is not available for the
    new customers.

    I called Tata Broadband Customer Care and enquired how the Customer Care is
    declaring the non-feasibility of Tata Broadband connection in my building
    and at the same time the Marketing Department is giving the connection in
    two days? There after Customer Care transferred my older user id to the same
    connection.

    In June 2009, I again applied for the shift of residence to my new
    address, B- 303, Usha Gardens, Ahimsa Marg, off Link Road, Malad (W),
    Mumbai – 400064. I was given the service request no 1839599.

    After that, for a long time, there was no communication from Tata Customer
    Care. Surprisingly, I kept getting calls and emails from the Tata Broadband
    for renewal of my earlier account as it was expired.

    But I received no calls from Customer Care acknowledging the shift of my
    residence.

    I kept calling them but there was no satisfactory response. I was given a
    few service request no’s *1839599**, **1863573*,* 10461108 *and *10470682.*

    Meanwhile I got to know that this connection can be given through wi max. I
    informed the same to the Customer Care. To my astonishment they said that
    they were unaware of any wi max services available in Mumbai .

    So I decided to call a Marketing Excutive to check the availability of wi
    max facility. Mr. Sham (mobile no 9819873505) visited my place and showed me
    the new plans of broadband connection through wi max. I was not satisfied
    with the new plans, where they were offering me slower speed & much higher
    expense. I told the executive that I have an existing active account with
    higher speed and wanted it to be shifted to my new address. He spoke to his
    higher official and informed me that the transfer could be possible. He was
    distinctly un happy for not taking new connection from him & behaved very
    rudely with me before leaving.

    I called Customer Care again and requested for my shift of connection to
    wimax. But they were insistent that there are no wimax connections available
    in Mumbai.

    I called Tata broadband Andheri office and asked for a wi max connection at
    my new address. They told me that it will done with in 2 to 3 days.

    But nothing happened till 17-07-2009. Almost one & half months have passed
    by from the time of my first request. I really got vexed with the entire
    process.

    I personally went to the Andheri Office and explained the problem to the
    officials there. They said that the transfer of my earlier account is
    possible to wi max and they have registered my request for the shift of
    residence. They gave me the location transfer form. I renewed my account by
    paying rs.1860/- on 18-07-09 after they had confirmed to me that the
    transfer is feasible.

    After that I got a call from the Marketing Department from Tata Broadband
    office saying that I need to upgrade my connection to at least 384 kpbs
    speed to have my connection through wi max. I clearly explained to him that
    I am in better speed connection which is upto 2 mbps. The executive tried to
    give me a weird explanation that I need to change the plan to have a wi max
    connection, so that I can get unlimited browsing hours with speed of 384
    kbps. For me unlimited browsing hours was not important. I required better
    speed & unlimited download, which my earlier plan was providing me.
    Evidently, I didn’t agree to his proposal.

    Again, everything was back at status quo.

    As the last resort, my wife visited the Tata Broadband office on 27/07/2009
    with the relevant document of address proof as I was out of station for a
    month. She was asked to sign a paper accepting a change of plan from my
    existing plan (quick power 180) to a new plan which is lower in speed and
    higher in price. Then only they will accept the proof of address and process
    the request. Other wise the connection will not be shifted to the new
    residence and the money that I have already spent in renewing my earlier
    account, will not be refunded. She was shocked at this – as this was nothing
    less than blackmail. The only reason being - they would force us to take a
    new plan which is lower in speed and higher in cost. Then my wife requested
    the officer to give in writing that it is not possible to use my older
    connection through wi max. They refused to give it on paper and were not
    willing to accept the documents. She was not even allowed to meet higher
    authorities, in spite of waiting nearly four hours in the office. This
    harassment was completely shocking, coming from an esteemed organization,
    Tata. Finally, after four hours of wait they accepted the documents of
    address proof with a warning that the building may not be feasible for wi
    max connection and in that case the money already spent will not be
    refunded.

    We waited till 06/08/09 to get installation of our existing connection at
    our new residence. But nothing happened. There after we contacted the nodal
    officer and briefed him about the whole issue.

    He responded very positively and assured to look into the matter and solve
    it in two working days.

    On 8th August 2009, we got a call from technical person named Arvind(mobile
    no 09594107099).He informed us he got the order for installation and he
    would be installing the connection by 10th august.

    But no installation took place on 10th of August. When contacted Mr. Arvind
    informed us that the order is kept on hold. We immediately brought this
    information to the notice of the nodal officer Mr.Sandeep. There after we
    received a call from Ms. Akshitha of Tata Broadband office that the
    connection will be installed by 3 pm on 11th August.

    Accordingly two technicians visited my place on 11/08/09 for installation.
    After inspecting the terrace and the flat we were informed that the signals
    are not available. The entire checking process was very unsatisfactory as
    they didn’t follow the necessary technical steps. We requested to give us in
    writing stating the non-feasibility of connection due to poor signal.
    Initially they were reluctant, but finally they gave us the INSTALLATION
    DESK COPY saying site bcs not feasible(poor signal) instead of giving us the
    CUSTOMER COPY.

    In order to check the Broadband signal we decided to call on the Marketing
    executive. Mr. Vijay visited our place and confirmed that Broadband
    connection can be made available through wi max.

    There after we decided to go for a new connection and accordingly filled
    the prescribed application form and issued a cheque amounting to Rs. 4583/-
    in favour of Tata Broadband. We got the new connection within three working
    days with the id mohanakrishna1
    My points of dispute are :

    1. I would like to know why I was forced to go for power on & on 3-384 which
    is more expensive and very slow in speed when I already have a valid plan of
    quickpower 180, which is much better speed & lower in price. As a loyal Tata
    Customer for a long time don’t I have the right to choose my service? Why
    should I be forcefully deprived of any advantage of being a Tata Customer &
    treated like a new customer every time I change my address?

    2.Why should I be forced to go for a change of plan for every new residence,
    in spite of having balance and validity of my account?

    3. As per the company what is the definition of “upgrading connection”? Is
    it going from slower speed to higher speed or the reverse? Why was I
    constantly pressurized to “upgrade” my connection to 384kbps, when I am an
    existent customer of 2mbps? Isn’t that actually a “downgrade”?

    4. How come there is no uniformity in responses by Tata Bb Customer Care,
    Tata Marketing Excutives and Tata Bb Officials at Andheri office. As per
    Tata Bb Customer Care wi-max is not at all available in Mumbai. How can they
    provide such absurd information from their position of responsibility?
    According to Marketing Executives wi-max can be made available only through
    new connections. And according to Tata Broadband officials at Andheri office
    one has to change one’s plan to have wi-max connection.

    5. The entire grill that we went through raises suspicion at many levels:

    a. After Tata broadband official Ms.Akshita confirmed the possibility of
    renewal of my already existing connection from wired to wi max I recharged
    my account. Later she backtracked saying we may not have signals at our new
    residence and the money wouldn’t be refunded unless we go for a change of
    plan. This was a clear case of blackmail & force.

    b.Mr.Arvind called on 08-08-09 and informed that he has got order from Tata
    Broadband for installation. On the 10-08-09, when contacted he informed us
    that the order is on hold. Why was our connection on hold?

    c. On 11-08-09 two technicians came and inspected my terrace and apartment
    and informed that there is no signal. When asked to give it in writing they
    refused. Finally they gave us INSTALLATION DESK COPY instead of CUSTOMER
    COPY saying site bcs not feasible (poor signal). As far as I know the above
    mentioned copy is meant for the office & not for the customer. More over,
    all through, till date, in my account on Tata Broadband website, it is
    mentioned wi max is feasible in my building.

    d. Later the same wi max connection was installed in my apartment with a new
    plan & user ID. The very same location which was earlier written off as
    unfeasible by the engineers of the same company. This time I was handed over
    a CUSTOMER COPY & not an INSTALLATION DESK COPY for my new broadband wi-max
    connection which mentions healthy signal strength.

    Sir ,

    In this entire process we never got a feeling that we are dealing with a
    blue chip company like Tata Broad band. Instead we felt we are dealing with
    a local company. Tata customer care ignored our requests as we are in older
    plan which doesn’t exist for their new customers. Tata broadband Andheri
    officials behaved as if they have personal rivarly. The marketing people are
    interested to give us a new connection to meet their target of the month
    rather then giving us appropriate information.

    Till date we haven't used our new connection mohanakrishna1 (plan
    power 256)

    I have asked My bank to stop the cheque payment (ICICI bank cheque 647822
    of amount rs.4853 dated 22/008/09). I do not believe in making stop payment
    of cheque. But the unprofessional and unethical responses & strategies of
    different departments Tata Broadband executives of your company compelled me
    to do so.

    Here I am enclosing the necessary proofs:



    1. Print out of Tata broadband website saying my new location is feasible
    for the shift of my connection till today



    2. Xerox copy of confirmation of shift of my connection which I got from
    Tata broadband Andheri officials.



    3. Xerox copy of document INSTALLATION DESK COPY where it is mentioned my
    location has poor signal & it is not feasible to shift connection.



    4. Xerox copy of document CUSTOMER COPY of new connection which mentions my
    location is feasible and with good signal strength.



    Still I feel, as a valuable Tata broadband customer I am entitled to
    continue with my existing plan through wi-max.

    Hence I request you to shift my earlier connection to the new address
    where I am residing with an existing wi max connection and suspend my new
    plan power 256 with the id of mohanakrishna1@vsnl.net. Out of the threemonth
    validity that I got from my recharge I had lost one month during which I
    couldn’t use the internet because of the on going confusion.so I would
    request you to replenish that one month time into my account.

    Today I am forced to write this letter to you after going through immense
    harassment & rudeness in the hands of Tata Broadband Officials. Is this the
    treatment that an esteemed organization like Tata metes out to its loyal
    customers? Is this the way its employees keep misguiding them with wrong
    information & deprive them of their right to choose? Is it Tata’s strategy
    to snatch away already existing facility from its customers & force them
    into lesser facility at higher price? Severe amount of shock & pain has
    forced me today to write this letter. If tomorrow I shift to a new address,
    which doesn’t support Wi max, am I supposed to again go back to wired
    connection? Why is there no uniformity in Tata service? What is my status as
    a Tata Customer? These questions raise serious doubts whether I should at
    all stick to Tata service in future.



    I hope this letter triggers enough concern on your part & you take the
    necessary steps to resolve my predicament.

    i had applied for club mahindra membership last april 2010 but for personal reasons wanted to cancel the mambership. So in 48 hrs i called their saenior manager and requested for canellation of membership .
    I had paid them 25,000 rupees in advance.
    I have been repeatedly calling them since almost 11 months now.ut they still not returning my money. Kindly help.
    According to company policy they are supposed to return it within 30days.

    Dear Sirs,

    I had purchased an IBOOK - Netbook Laptop from TVC Skyshop.Com by calling on its Cell No. The Person talking at the Receiving End told me that there won't be any problems with the Laptop and if there will be, they will replace it. But when I got the Laptop, I found that the Operating System Windows CE doesn't support any kind of Softwares and even the Software for Printing. I complained to TVC Skyshop.Com. But instead of replacing the Laptop with Windows XP, they are telling me that I can do whatever I want. Sir, it is very problematic for a Consumer like me after paying a large amount of Rs. 7,640/- for such kind of product. Sir it is hereby requested to look into the matter and do the needful.

    Default India Bulls Cheated and blackmailed emotionally

    I Appled with India bulls home loan finance company in th Month of June 2010 and I was given a primary presacnction letter. This letter was for an amount of 3 Million approx. The processing fees was debitted from my account immediately. The Interest rate was offred 8.25% p.a. and the EMI amount was Approx. 21K p.m. which I agreed and told the person to go ahead suggesting me further process. The person had taken Rs. 8K as his own personal consulting fees from me for this reason.
    I was yet to finalize some property and hence some time was lost in the process. later I decided not to go ahead with any purchase,as I had some financials upset. The persons from India bulls kept visiting me and promised me that they will assist me in getting maximum loan and even a personal loan done for me.
    a month after this in september, the Indiabulls person gave me a revised sactionletter for Rs. 32L Approx. where the interest rate was told to me for 8.5% pa. Which Even I agreed the EMI was set about Rs. 28K approx. per month. In the month of November, When I changed my job, a person from Indiabulls credit department had also visitted my new office for verification. By this time, my original sales agreement, and many other original documents were taken out from me for processing the loan. I was not given any time to read and understand the documents of home loan agreement. and even today I do not have any copy of the same. After a lot of force, I just got an email copy of amendatory agreement, even in which many terms and conditions were diesy.
    I paid the token money to my Builder RNA (NG) for a property selected in the month of October 2010. Then I arranged for some money for theStamp duty / registration got the process done. As I was promissed for assistance in personal loan, I kept waiting for the loan getting finalized. Fianlly I arranged for some amount for Down payments and ,but I was already late by this time. My Last day of agreement was 12th December 2010 and I paid my Down payment by this date. later I got my loan sanctioned from Fullerton India.
    As I Already had confirmation from India bulls for 32Lof home loan will be disbursed within a week of Own Contribution receipts handed over to them, I buyed a weeks time from The builder, which he was kind enough to sanction, agaist a condition that that after 7 days, they will charge me an interest. I Had informed all this matter to Indiabulls and had told them that this is very critical to give us cheque in proper time. After this Practically every day I called the Indiabulls representative and Asked what is the situation. He kept on asking me the documents on and on and on. I was informed that the case would be called for re-booking and it will require reverification etc. The verification was redone in my home and offce in the month of December 2010. (The 7 days deadline was already passed by this time.) I Asked my documents back from the Indiabulls representative but did not receive any thing. I had Even had a clear dicussion with IDBI Home-loan finance and they were willing to process the case within 10 days at that time. At all these steps I had clearly discussed that my interst rates remains steady at 8.5% p.a.
    Later I was infomed that accprding to new regulation of RBI, the loan amount I was to get was captioned to 31L and hence I would have to pay additional 89K Rs to the builder and had to get the receipt to them, this was the last week of January2011.
    I had a clear discussion with the Indiabulls person that he as to admit to the builer that this is his mistake to delay the case payment and hence he should help us conviencing the builder to accept the payment even if it was a delay.
    When My Sister and Wife went to pay the remender 89K rs by chheque to the builder, They asked for Another 400K approx. as a rate difference as there was already a delay beyond threshold and to save the amount which I had already paid, I had to pay this amount by taking loans borrwing money from the people in personal capacity.
    Finally in th month of February 2011 (just to remind, the case was on since June 2010), for Rs. 31,111/-.
    After This I received a call from ICICI lombrd, to explain me the terms of the policy offtered with this loan, I wasn't explained anything about this policy before ui signed the form. The day when I knew that this policy is only for 5 years and not for the term of the loan ,I was very upset with the executive.
    I clealy asked the India bulls representative Whether my EMI will be deducted in the Month of March 2011, he denied. After that in a day I saw, sudden withdrwal of Rs. 13,000 add amount from my account and I started enquiring. Finally i could find out that this was a pre-EMI of India-bulls. but due to this haparard, My EMI for fullerton was bounced and I had to pay a penalty for that.
    Now I received a call from Indiabulls stating that my Interest rate has gone up to 9.75% p.a. and I have to pay an EMI of 30,000 odd amount. I was given an understanding that my EMI will be only 28000 odd for initial 3 years and later it will be a floating rate.
    I am trying to get additional loan from some banks to relive the personal borrowing and credit card overdue which i had to keep outstanding for this financial Deal, are upset now due to this irresponsible behaviour of Indiabulls.
    Due to the irresponsible and misguiding attitude of Indiabulls, I am suffering from financial losses of more than 700 K and additionally mentally getting tortured for the same reason. I seek yur kind understanding of the case and guidance on how should I progress on this case.

    Question Tikona wi-bro services false commitment and no connection and no refund

    I have a complain regarding Tikona WI –BRO Services, having its registered office “Corpora Office No 3A, 3rd Floor, LBS Marg, Bhandup (West), Mumbai-400 078.
    I have Taken Tikona Broad Band Service in Nagpur whose owner is Mr Motwani. Sir my service id is 1103175016 and plan name is XQUNLTD2549, I Would like to congratulate them for the lies they say to collect connection and give wrong commitment to client and then once cheque is collected they don’t pick their call. I am chartered accountant and having office in Byramji town area Nagpur, Mr. Tanzeel their representative collected cheque of Rs. 3253 drawn on axis bank on 9/3/32011 with a cheque 196543 the deal was that he would put a line to enable me to connect 8 Computers/Laptops through router which he will provide on a monthly rent of Rs. 75. But even after commitment he never turned back to me nor picked my call and after a great peruse toTheir local office in nagpur my connection was done but it is told to me that I will never be able to connect to 8 pc even through my router on WI FI nor through their router and that only one connection(only to one computer/laptop) is possible. I have already spoke to Mr Motwani owner of Tikona Broad Band Services Nagpur but no response even from him I request you to please take my matter and help me to get my money refunded.

    Angry Nokia after-sales-service is pathetic

    On the 3rd of last month, I purchased a new Nokia C-6 , but in just about a month’s time the display screen went blank and the touchscreen failed to function. Soon, in about a few minutes, the phone refused to start at all.
    I approached a Nokia Care Centre (R S Telecom, Shop No 104, below Hindmata Cinema, Dr B Ambedkar Rd, Dadar (E)- 400 014). Firstly, the place was over crowded, lacked ventilation and, even though there were ACs in the room, they were switched off and customers were left waiting at the mercy of a little wall fan hanging in the corner.

    One of the customer service executives, I was attended to by a man named Sandeep. He told me he’d have to check my phone, and whether I’d have to pay or not would depend on the cause of the problem. That done, he proceeded to dismantle my phone, took it upstairs to check with his technicians, and returned to tell me that my phone was absolutely alright, it was just a problem with the settings. Since that was a company problem, the phone would have to be sent to Delhi, re-programmed, and sent back. And, he assured me that since it was a problem with the handset, I was covered by the warranty. I was asked to call and check with them in a few days. Then he told me that they were supposed to provide me with a standby handset for use until the problem is solved, but didn’t have any pieces at hand. The customer care however stated that no Care Centre was authorised t5o provide customers with standbys. How confused are you?

    Today, it’s been a week since the phone was given to the Care Centre. When I called the number provided by the executive, and after being kept on hold for 5 minutes, he informed me that my phone was ready and I could collect it. However, when I did get to the Centre, they gave me the phone and said to check if all was okay before I collected it. Apparently, they didn’t seem to have done anything with the phone since the problem was as it was when given for repairs. When I asked why I was called to collect my phone if it wasn’t fixed, the executive began to look at the other executives and shouted out for ‘Who said the phone was ready when it wasn’t?’
    Then, Sandeep tells me he’ll have to open it again, and this time, after much fumbling and help from his colleagues, when he did open the phone he points to a smaller than pin-head size green spot in the far corner of the phone and then, in a tone of sudden enlightenment, says, “Arre, there was water inside.”

    I told him that he didn’t tell me that the last time he checked my phone. He replied that he hadn’t actually checked my phone then. Now, that was unprofessional on his part, so I asked him, since I was last assured that my phone was not a problem, how was I to prove that it wasn’t them who put the water in the phone in the duration that it was lying in their office (I doubt it ever went to Delhi). He then calls another absolutely rude executive who states that he himself noticed the water the day after I gave the phone to them. Well then, why wasn’t I informed about it before being misinformed that the phone had been repaired or when the problem was discovered? And if that wasn’t enough, every customer who came there while I was seated at the desk, was being informed that there was water in their phones. Have all Nokia phones suddenly, miraculously started drinking water all at the same time?

    So, now, one chap says the phone was checked and there was no internal damage in the handset, the other says it wasn’t, a third man says he just noticed there was water in the phone, while a fourth man states that he saw it days ago. And no one knows who answered the phone and told me the phone was fixed.

    To top it all, none of the executives seemed to know what to do with a phone once it has been dismantled. They kept trying to debate over which part went in where. Now if the phone has a problem who is to blame?

    This particular Nokia Care Centre is terrible, the executives are incompetent, the supervisor is NEVER in the office, customers are misinformed. On the whole, Nokia after sales service is pathetic. If one does call the helpline, all we get is some trained dummy who keeps saying, “I understand, ma’am, but….” “Yes, ma’am, I know…”. This rubbish doesn’t help. I have called plenty of times and every time I’ve had to speak to some idiotic parrot who kept putting me on hold. It’s shocking that a company with as big a name as Nokia provides such terrible service at the hands of even worse executives. Absolutely third grade!

    Thumbs down Non Receipt of RTO Receipt & RC Book

    I the undersigned Purchased a Maruti WagonR from a Agent who provides vehicle with Finance, after giving him Downpayment he has not given the Vehicle on time i.e. after 2/3 mths only & that also without Temporary No. & without all documents. after several personal visit in his office & several calls he gave me the Vehicle No. ie. without RTO Receipt, after completion 6 mths also he has not provided us RC Book.....


    I fadeup of this kindly guide me what to do in this matter

    Default Cheeting with Samsung Product (Hard Disk)

    Dear Sir/Madam

    Since last 4 months I'm trying replacement for my below detaild Samsung hard disks but the authorised service center of Samsung is not giving replacement.

    He said you can take replacement from where you buy.

    I buy Samsung 500 GB hard disk date 11-Nov-2010 with 5 years warranty from given address

    Post Non supply of my household belonging by the Packers & Movers

    For my permanent relocation to my hometown kolkata,I booked a Packers & movers of Mumbai to shift my all household family goods,like shoes,cloths to computers,including my Bike to move from Mira road-e,Thane,Mumbai to Salt Lake,Kolkata dated 04/04/2011.Till date I didn't received my goods yet.It is a worth of Rs.4,00,000/-(Approx.),contain total of 66 packed items.By calling them till I am not getting any truthful answer.Always getting answer of reaching by two of three days,but they failed their commitment more than Six times.
    I need your help to get back my goods please.
