Myself Reena verma, a house wife, have purchase the units of Reliance Tax saver on 21.09.2005.



Now I want to redeem the same and for this I have submitted my paper on month ago, it has rejected by quoting “ the purchaser has not signed the form at the time of purchase and has to send the paper once again along with bank attestation”.



I have one again submitted the same redemption paper along with signature attested by my Bank but again the same has been rejected by quoting the same reason above.



When I have registered a complaint (id- 07483223) with customer care, I have been replied that “employee id of signed person and bank name is not there”.



I have submitted the paper under signature of Bank employee, with his ID no and under seal of company, why this is type of query is being raised.


I request you to please look into the matter and clear the same as I need the money

I am having a UTI MF vide Folio No.53617439824 and the status of Investor is Single/Individual which I want to get it redeemed. Kindly send the cheque of balance amount (NAV as on date) to the following address. I am also mentioning my Saving Bank A/c No.11176599578. It is also to mention that I have already talked to your broker for the mentioned purpose but he is not taking any interest for the same.
