I had SIP in HDFC Top200 fund with folio number 5247898/85 and want to redemp the units. I had submitted redemp request on 29thdec and they had mistaken entered wrong Account number in folio. I had given the correction of account to them on 5th Jan. Still no information is available about my fund as of know. I had visited customer service center at hyderabad about 8 times and executive response is very unhealthly than standard government office.
Everytime I am getting new solution from Call center executives, like is cheque is ready and not picked up or Cheque has wrong name or account number and new cheque is expected or please customercare center for further details.
I hope to receive fund before next year 2011.
