1. I submitted redemption form on Nov.20th and have not received any money upto now.
2. When I contacted them, they said a cheque was sent to my address on Nov.26th, but I never received it (this inspite of the fact that I had asked for electronic credit to my IDBI account on the form)
3. After contacting them almost every day till now, they are giving me the run-around saying they will issue a new cheque after following due internal process, which seem to be taking more than a month

I would like to mention to every one to watch out for fraud like this, where they say redemption cheque has been couriered, but it is never received.
Pls help me with resolving this matter...
