1. I submitted redemption form on Nov.20th and have not received any money upto now.
2. When I contacted them, they said a cheque was sent to my address on Nov.26th, but I never received it (this inspite of the fact that I had asked for electronic credit to my IDBI account on the form)
3. After contacting them almost every day till now, they are giving me the run-around saying they will issue a new cheque after following due internal process, which seem to be taking more than a month

I would like to mention to every one to watch out for fraud like this, where they say redemption cheque has been couriered, but it is never received.

Dear Sir,

I redeemed the following funds on or about 11th Oct 2010. Some amount was credited directly in my Bank Account but I could not verify, since I have not yet received the redemption statement. Please arrange to send the the same.
