I had redeemed all my units in Franklin India Flexi Fund (Growth) A/c No 2019902650429 on 30-11-09 and my reedem cheque was despatched by Falcon Courier on 03-12-09. Till date I have not received my cheque. I have been approaching their help desk for the last five days but their reply is the cheque has been despatched by Falcon courier and the same will be delivered to you by 6 p.m in the evening. I am facing a major financial crirics for which I had reedemed my MF. I am now left in a totally helpless situation. In addtional to my financial hardship I am now suffering from mental agony due to non receipt of the cheque. It is the moral responsibility of the MF authorities that responsible couriers should be engaged. Please give me justice.
