Default Losing money because of don't care attitude of Kotak Mahindra bank

I have an online investment account with Kotak Mahindra Bank. I have invested in various mutual fund schemes through their net banking site.

In January 2009, I closed my savings account and opened a new savings account with Kotak Mahindra bank a couple of months later. Due to this,

all my online mutual fund investments have to be updated with my new savings account details. I placed several requests through their net

banking site and my home branch to get my mutual fund investments updated. Out of 19 schemes I have invested, I could get only folios for 9

    schemes updated.

For rest of the 10 schemes, am not receiving dividends for the last 6 months. The dividend/redemption amount is supposed to be credited to my

savings account automatically. Sometimes I get a dividend cheque with old account number and I send it to my branch and they send me back the

cheque saying that my old account has been closed. in some cases, I don't get the cheque at all.

When I file a complaint through their net banking site, they would say "my relationship manager from home branch will get in touch with me"..

however he doesn't bother to give me a call. In fact I myself tried to reach him several times, he would pretend to be some other person and

would tell me that he's in some meeting.
My home branch and my relationship manager are totally irresponsible and helpless.
I would continue to lose my money unless Kotak decides to take some action to get my investments updated.

I feel frustrated and am mentally stressed out due to this.. I don't know what to do further ..

I have already missed out dividends for my investments in these schemes:
    1) SBI Magnum Tax Gain (D)
    dividend date- 29-05-2009
    dividend amount: Rs.2192

    2) Sundaram select midcap
    dividend date- 04-09-2009
    dividend amount: Rs.424.60

    3) sundaram tax saver
    dividend date-18-09-2009
    dividend amount: Rs.455.96

    4) Tata Infrastructure Fund (D)
    dividend date - 25-09-2009
    dividend amount: Rs.598.34

    5) Sundaram Capex Oppor. (D)
    dividend date: 25/09/2009
    dividend amount: 807.81
