    Unhappy bajaj allianz poor service and their careless attitude

    Hello all,

    We are a huge sufferer of Bajaj Allianz, I Gave first premium on 21/sep/09 of Rs 50000/- through some seller of the policy Mr. Umesh. He came to my house from Noida to gurgaon thrice to get the policy showing big dreams and good services etc. Second premium was given to them of 50000 again . Third premium was not given to them on time as I was out of station and there were some signs needed to fill the premium along with sign verification letter.
    and the policy came under lapse. I didn't get any call or mail or letter since two years for the renewal of the policy . I again went there few days back for the status of the policy and they just told me that the policy is lapsed and I need to give them 50000 again for the renewal of the policy thats all.As I was out of station so i sent the 50 thousand cheque through my wife to renew the policy and there response was , now pay ruppees one lac and sign the form to renew the policy along with the sign verification form. and she had argument with them when we came there just a week before in sector 14 branch of bajaj allianz then why didn't you told me about all those procedures so that he can sign them at that time only as it is not possible for that time as he was out of station. finally he said " ab yah policy renew nahin kari jayegi , jo marzi ho kar lo" . I invested Rs. 100000/- in that policy which was lesson to 84 thousand after the second premium. If I again give them one lac rs , I will get back around 1.25 lacs . so first of all you tell me what to do with these people. Is there responsibilty is to only sell the policy and enjoy the money of customer and leave customer panic. Rs one lac is quite good amount which they have taken into their custody from the last 4 years.

    I want my one lac back from them, as they have not contacted to me in past two years for the lapse policy and they have very careless behaviour towards customer also the monetary loss i suffered of one lac in past 4 years, better if I have put that amount in bank and enjoying the benefits of it. bajaj Allainz is a cheater company behind a big brand name.
