Have you forwarded any written complaint to the Co. Head Office, in this concern? If no then pls. send a complaint letter first and inform us after getting any response from them.

Thanks for the advice. I shall send a written complaint today itself. I have already sent many mails, and also spoken to call centre, but nobody knows about the amount.

I had invested Rs. 30,000 in Franklin Templeton Mutual Funds with Folio Number 17330265 in the name of Venkatesh Pannur. On 6-Nov-2009 i have redeemed all the units. But as on today 17-Nov-2009, I have not received the check for the redeemed amount. When contact the customer service, they say they have despatched the check to my residence on 9-Nov-2009. Please help me as to how to go about it next. I'm not getting back any response for the mails written / or complaints logged to franklin templeton.

as per my ccf no 12567626, account no 0359901273150, instrument type citi draft inst no 956712 inst dtd 26/12/2008 for amount rs 17552.81 , in spite of reminding for no of timed the company has not sent the dividend till date.
again as per companys letter no ENV NO FIT DC 8994 DTD jan 19 2010 the company has given me in written that it has sent an amount of rs 25846.72 by electronic transfer to my bank named sbi gujarat university branch ahmedabad,
where as the bank manager crossed checked his accounts and clearly told that this amount is not deposited in the bank under my name or under the account no 01190008837.
also this no is never given by me to the company in past
the old no was 8837 and new no is 1129 880 1574 as shown in the cancelled cheque sent to the company long back
thus the iinformatioin given by the bank is totally opppsite then the given by the company
