Sir,I am trying to do online transaction for getting SBI mutual funds. I am
unable to do cash transfer after entering into SBT gateway. The window is
showing as "Session Error". The photo is attached. For the last two months i
made so many complaints to both the bank. But no body is taking any
interest. Everybody is interested to go through them only. I think they may
be getting some commission for the same. My first request is to avoid the
bank employees from acting as an agent or not to pay any commission to bank
employee agents. Second request is to solve my problem at the earliest. I
have made so many complaints to SBT(Complaint numbers are attached) and
SBImf-customer care. If I contacts through phone, they asked me to contact
them personally in branches. Now I am not interested to do any such type
of transaction except online. So kindly help me to do the same.
