I had register a complaint to the Pune Municipal Corporation online regarding illegal unauthorised construction in shivajinagar, gaothan area on 8.10.2011. I received a coplaint register No. 766493063 with the details of concern responsible officer, named Mr. Dilip Mate and his mobile No. 9689931709. after few days I checked the status of my complaint there was a report mentioning that your complaint has been escalated to higher authority for feedback. again after few days as there was no action intiated by the corporation i called on the said given mob No. of the said resposibity authority to check the status of my complaint. i was shocked to know that the name and mob No. given was of a driver, empolyee of municipal corporation. thus PMC had cheated me by giving false information aganist my complaint and has also not intiated any action on my complaint regarding illegal unauthorised construction.
