Hello,

Would like to get to your notice that we bought a brand new overhead
Sintex tank - 1000 ltr., yesterday, got it installed and found today
morning that it has a big cut in the middle of the tank and would not be
able to hold any water in it.

The tank was bought from a shop in Rajapuri, near Dwarka. We payed Rs.
4000/- for the tank and the shopkeeper is refusing to listen the same.
The shopkeeper is just not ready to provide us any support to get a
replacement, and retorts that it is not his responsibility.

Could you please help us get a resolution to this issue at the earliest.
