I m res. of H.No. 456,Sec-1,Vasundhara,Gzb.The water supplied by Jal Nagar Nigam now a days is very contaminated,black in colour and very bad in smell.The res. of sec-1 lodge the comp. to nagar nigam and J.E. ,but no action.Pls do needfull action and impove the water quality and ur services.

Commissioner but I have received a bill Nos.201043559 dt.21.1.2011 for Rs.11225.00. It is a shocking irregularity and harassment of tax payers It is requested to Sh.Basant Lal Commissioner and Z.O.s to take strict action against such currupt tax Inspector and Tax Supdt.

I Sunita Karn of Rahul Vihar-IInd, near pratap vihar L block, sector-12,Ghaziabad, alongwith my colony members facing the problem of power cut from a few days. We are using the electricity legally, but some of the people of our colony were using electricity illegally. Due to this the deppt. has cut the electricity for whole colony. When contacted to deppt. the officials asked for bribe of Rs.25,000 from the persons who were using the electricity illegally and a sum of Rs. 20,000 from the persons who already had electric meters.Some of the people of our colony paid bribe and the deppt. suuplied the electricity in their houses .But most of the people of our colony does not have so much money to paid as bribe so still we are facing the problem of power cut. Any concerned person please help us.

I am a resident of 42-C, Kalpana Apartment, Sector – 5, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. I have been allotted this property by Ghaziabad Development Authority on 8th Jan 2010 vide letter No. 1291/787/21D-D/1200/Building/Dec./2010 dated 8th Jan 2010 (copy enclosed). And I have got the possession of this flat on Feb 2010.

I would like to bring in your notice that the legal rights of the said property before my possession were with Ghaziabad Development Authority. Recently I have received a bill for house tax and water tax with arrears of last few years for Rs.6,240/-. As I have got the possession of this flat by this year only i.e. in year 2010, therefore, I should be charge the tax for this financial year only i.e. 2010-2011. The payment of arrears should be from GDA not from me.

sewer line give back flow to my house compound and whole day sewage water accumulate in my compound.
This is very harmful regarding health point of view and also infection is carried by house children due to sewer
water accumulate at house.Repeatedly complaints has been given BUT no serious step taken by your end. It is
requested u to please rectify this problem as early as possible to get rid of this problem.

Sir,

I am the resident of f/10 sector -12, vijay nagar, Ghaziabad facing the problem of Choking (Accumulating) the Sewage water in front of my house . There is sewage running in front of houses which is blocked because the neighbour (Ashwani kumar) f/11 sector-12 vijay nagar ghaziabad, has put some iron rods .therefore all sewage dust is blocked in front of our house as the sweeper will not clear the dust .which result in a blockage in front of house .which smells very foul and also dangerous to Health. Necessary action is required immediately to make the proper flow of sewage by removing the iron rods .

Therefore , its my request to the authority that the iron rods is removed from the sewage for the smooth passes of sewage as soon as possible.

I have paid all my house taxes and bills.

I am a resident of Shalimar Garden-I, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. The roads of this area are very bad every where. Walk or travel in this area has become a nightmare. In some roads sewage water is come out of blocked sewages and walking and driving in this road has become practically very difficult. When would the authority take action to repair these roads? or do they wait for any accident or death occur due to these problems? I do not understand why the MP, MLA and Councillors of this area are silent without doing any good work for the people. Please take immediate action by the concerned authority.

Sweage is overflowing on road and in plot number 44 in Shaktikhand-3, Indirapuram which is resulting in increased Maleria case in the area and als It becomes very difficult to live in that area. Complaint has been given several times but no action is taken by GDA.
