water bill

I paid advance for one year of water bill by receipt no.0005,book no.439266 dated 22-01-2005 . For the month of JAN. 2005 to DEC.2005. But due to negligence of the dept. They sent water bill for month of Jan. & Feb.05 a\c no.3923 book no.7c\48 , i faced Too much mental harrasment
