location : Broadway MTC Bus Terminus, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India

i was been humiliated in the Broadway MTC Bus Terminus, As i was trying to go home from Broadway by bus , i had to use latrine urgently which is located in the Broadway MTC Bus Terminus.where i saw a public latrine and next to it was paid latrine. i used the public latrine which is free for public as i finished urinating and leaving the public toilet .the person in charge who collects money from the paid latrine asked me to pay , as i refused to pay the money .they said that u need to pay for that usage in the public toilet too and i said i will complain to the higher officials . they said "complain to whoever u want and i don't care and pay the money " and tried to use dirty language too ,i paid for it,then i complained this matter to the bus terminus officials and they say they are not in charge of this, so i would like u to take necessary steps in this matter as soon as possible,

they toilets are not clean and healthy and they are not keeping the toilet upto the standards required and they have builded the back side of the public toilet which has both sided to enter. there intension are that to make sure public should come back the same way and they collect the charge for it, i personally want u to take action against them.
