It is Painfull for us, I am residing in Kasturba Nagar Ratlam (M.P). My neighbourar Ram Kumar mourya made illegal construction 561-Kasturba Nagar lane no.8, Ratlam (M.P) under nigam section 293 and map scheme 35.I have made 11 complaints against this illegal consrtuction (From June 2008 to till now)through commissioner and city engineer in nagar palika nigam but still i didn't get any response.under Nigam act 436 one notice also issued to illegal constructuctor( in August 2009) according to notice it should be illegal constructor remove in 6 Hours but still illegal construction is their.I get a lot of Harrashment from Nagar Palika Nigam,Ratlam.Comissioner and city engineer not able to take any action.
Please do needful.please take neccessary.
