Inspite of the strict orders of the honorable supreme court illegal construction if going on in the D pocket of Dilshad Garden DELHI 110095. It is done with the connivance of the concerned JE(civil) of the MCD and the police station ( PS Seemapuri, in this case). Constructuion from ground floor is presentle under way in flat Nos. 49 to 52 and 493 to 496 of the pockets. The construction can be viewed by anybody anytime. I request the MCD/DDA/Police authorities to do the needful for demolition of the said illegal construction immediately.

Please refer correspondence and our E.mail to MCD-Dy Commissioner(North) dated 31.10.2011, 03.11.2011, 05.11.2011, 07.11.2011, 09.11.2011, 11.11.2011 and many letters dated 28.04.2011, 29.06.2011, 08.07.2011 & 08.08.2011 regarding above mentioned subject.

(1) The massive illegal construction having been done in both the front and back Courtyards and also stairs under front and back courtyards by the common owner of DDA Flat NO. 112-A/B, J&K-Pocket, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095.

(2) He has not obtained, the necessary NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE or any verbal consent of the other two flat owner 112-C & 112-D, J&K-Pocket, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095.

(3) Why MCD not taking any action against my complaint from last seven months.

(4) He has not necessary legal approval for this massive construction from MCD.

I am request to you for complete demolition of this whole illegal and uhauthorized construction.
