I went to SDM Office (Batra South Delhi) for submiting Birth Cetificate form. That time system was not working and Ms. Neena Sharma (Post Data operator) said, "You have to come tomorrow", than i requsted her to give some time because tomorrow i can't come due to my office kindly tell me the exact time but she denied and use abusive lanuage and said..." nahi karungi jo karna he karlo, jahan bhi complain karni he kar do....." .

I am not happy with this type to attitude for govt. employee. so i want action againest Ms Neena Sharma.
Kindly give me feedback as soon as possible.
