I bough a flat around 5yr back, form the last 2 year i am back of municipal corporation, we met authority around 15 times, bt vain we are receiving the municipal property tax in accumulation as shop, as the premises is residence, i do have first part agreement with builder as flat and second part (myself) with first buyer.

When i approach the municipal corporation, they are adamant to process the records, in spite they say you pay the bill then we will do necessary modifications.

At last i have submitted an application in municipal, that i am ready to pay tax, if you change and charge me as flat property tax.
