Sub: Consumer Report on - No proper reply and No proper acknowledgment for the original advance tax receipt as received by your office on 26/08/09 – reg.
My son has personally visited and handed over the original advance tax receipt amounting to Rs.3000 at your office on 26/08/09 and he confirmed its proper arrival at your staffs desk after a follow up on its processing movement for more than 15 visits to your office between many holidays and even in-between many officers personal leave also. Even though he is physically and mentally poor and living only because of his confidence and spirit by sacrificing his Great Engineering Job and Life for our family and others too.
He has personally explained his health problem also to some of your officers too at every visit to your office. Please remember since it has been his social privacy, He cannot put notice board on his neck by stating that “I am a so and so patient please try to give a confirmation slip as early as possible to my advance tax receipt which will make me to continue my job or work whatever as usual without bothering about this followup”.
There is no single confirmation order has been issued to him yet now even though he visited more than 15 times to your office just by saying a statement from your end that the “customer is paid already or otherwise that we would be considered for further deductions in theirs bills”.
While he came to your office on (05/10/09), he was told that he will be intimated through phone without getting his phone number from him with a refusal from your end that we already have it.
Before he gets departure from Chennai to Dindigul on 10/11/09, He visited to your office as a last time on 9/11/09 during rainy period, surprisingly, this time, he was asked to give his phone number.
We would like to make you to understand and to convey this message that we are against and unable to pay any bribe or gift for anything under any circumstances. My son cannot understand those psychological tricky behaviours by your staffs since he is a brain fever patient and he is almost equal to a child and God.
We already shifted our family again to our native place except my son before two years because there is no water supply through pipelines since 2006 onwards. Lorry water supply is an absolute eyewash and the person is demanding more money.
