I purchased a ASUS Motherboard in the month of May 2011. Which is under Warranty, the company provides doorstep pick up and delivery in case of problem in the board. Now on my motherboard P5G41CM-LX the back panel sound and USB is not working. I registered the complaint on 5th Jan, 2012. The executive called Chanchal registered the complaint with complaint number 6174825 and said the executive will come for pick up on 6th the very next day. Nobody turned up till Monday i.e. 09th Jan, 2012, So i called back and talked to Mischel she promised that the service will be provided till 4 pm nobody has turned up and they dont even receive the call for long time. Please help
