I have purchased Mother Board from GLADE INDIA PVT LTD On dated 22-01-2009 and the said shopkeeper has given warranty for three years. In February 2010 the Mother Board was not working properly then I approached to the shopkeeper for replacement/repair. The said shopkeeper send the Mother Board to the Main dealer i.e. Swastik Computers, Sanjay Bhandari #13, Narasingapuram Steet, Sri Rajendra Complex, Mount Road Chennai -600002 Tamilnadu. The dealer denied to replace the Mother Board and gave a reason which is given in delivery challan of dated 23-03-2010. I am attaching the copy of Tax invoice and delivery Challan .

It is therefore, requested that kindly take necessary legal action against the defaulters and make it convenient for me please sir.
