I had a intel gcpe motherbord wich i deliverd to redington new delhi india for replacement.on 7 august2009 and then they dispatched a motherboard on 12th august through dtdc courier.
but that parcel is seized by sales tax department(kanpur), and still i dint recived that parcel
i contact them several times but they only say that we are working regarding this issue,i even ask from courier service about my issue but both are blaming eachother ,i asked them to send me another board but they deny.

now please help me how can i solve this problem.
