Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought Dell laptop in July,2010.Since then my webcam was not working.Then dell representative came and replaced my motherboard in feb,2011.
In Aug ,2011 just 4-5 days after the waranty peirod finishing,My laptop started creating lots of problems,i.e.it did not turn on,if it got turned on,after charger plug in ,it turned off.I called to the dell representative and also to the zonal head thrice and mailed them more than 5 times requesting them to help me out of my disastrous condition.None of them co-operated me,instead all of them are suggesting me to repair damage of my motherboard by constantly mentally pressurizing me to replace my motherboard at the cost of 16,000.
I told them that I will complain against them in consumer court,But they did not care about the importance and judgements by consumer court.So,Now I am very disappointed with their service.
Because I think that I am being deceived by them and in Feb,2011 they have replaced duplicate motherboard to me so that I am being obliged to buy new motherboard investing 16000 of mine causing them a huge profit.They are not agreeing to co-operate me in any way except constantly forcing to buy new motherboard.
Expecting good judgements and replies being supporter against corruption.
