Intel X58BP motherboard

hi,

I took a computer with config having WX58BP motherboard, i7 930 processor.

This stopped working after 10-15 days. i sent it for replaccement, Got a new one which did not work for a single day. I again contacted intel and sent it back. They have again sent a new one. But the third one also is not working. It appears to me as they are simply changing the serial nummber of the motherboard and sending it back as new one.[i am not very sure on this. but looking at the problem i have i have to infer that].

Somebody please let me know how to return the motherboard and claim the money back. i had initially spent 40k on the computer but could use i only for 10-15 days. Please help me claim all the money back from intel.

First of all u should not buy intel motherboards they usually give BIOS problems after two years

go for gigabyte or boistar motherboards .

i want to know what to do since i have already got it. Well as of now i have got the replacement for MBD and Processor. Also RAM. but still there are constant restarts...

myself Hemen and i also suffer the same problem as yours...i have bought a intel DG55TC with core i3 processor approx 9 months ago...after purchasing i faced a lot of problem. it came with a disabled usb port and i also noticed that there was also some problem with Lan device and Lan port. whenever i want to download something,the speed was bounded to 33kbps until i managed my bandwidth allocation to 10mbps half band and there was also some problem with sound. Then i send the board for repair. you can`t believe, after 2 and half months later it come back with same problem.however i told this to dealer from where i purchased. they advised me to engage a extra lan and audio card and i have done whatever they told. But in starting of june it again stopped working totally. but in this time when i send the board again for repair they said that i laps my warranty as it`s burn but i honestly said it was worked fine on last time start up. And i found this problem when i engage the power cord to plug on next days after back from office.

in 10 months it spend approx 3 months in company and after that they said you laps your warranty...
i just reply you to know what would you did whenever you saw the shit happens.
