I had purchased an Intel DG35EC mother board form COST TO COST computer Nehru Place on 21-02-09(Saturday). When I opened the mother board box at home I found there was a physical damage in mother board. Some of the pins of mother board were curved, at the same time a called up to the COST TO COST computer to inform about the problem and he has suggested me to come on Monday so that he will check it when I went back to the shop for replacing the board he has denied replacing it and the language of the concern person (Anil KV) was not acceptable.So please advice what we can do for same
