Hi,
I bought an Intel Motherboard (DP35DP), & it stopped working after 8-9 months (warranty is for 3 yrs).
From then it has been replace 2 times by Intel support (Bangalore). Now it has stopped working for the third time. I've troubleshooted everything & my other computer components are perfectly working...
I am sick & tired of following up & getting a replacement (they provide a repaired unit & not new one) which ends up in malfunctioning...
I asked them either to repay my money or give me a new motherboard instead of providing repaired old unit, which they denied. They even promised me a callback from their supervisor twice, but I never received any call...
I now want to file a complaint so that they understand the pains of customer...
Any help is higly appreciated...
