Processor and motherboard mismatch

Hi

I bought gigabyte S31 motherboard and ASUS 512MB graphic card form a vendor in mulund.
Prior to buying I cleared to him what i needed and my processor details.(Processor is pentium D)
Still he sold me above mentioned motherboard saying that it is latest and supports all processor while it is clearly written on the box that it supports intel core 2 duo processor only which i came to know later. The total purchase is Rs.7000 and he also told me that PC is not starting because it is CPU fan issue and convinced me to buy CPU fan too. They also told me that they will provide me door to door service, still i had to take the CPU all by myself to his shop.

Now it is almost a week and they are not able to give me a PC which is working. Instead when i called them, they say come tomorrow tomorrow it will be done.

Please tell me how to deal with such people.
