Intel doing fraud with the costumers

Sir,

I bought a computer with intel original mother board before 3 months. Now My system's mother board is not working. When I talk to intel regarding to my problem. He told me that intel is not taking the guaranty for any physical damage but my system in the warranty period. My mother board in not any physical damage. One IC inside the mother board has been damage. Everybody know that Mother board is the combination of the IC's. If no any guaranty of that then what types guaranty intel provided. This is cheating with the costumer. I want to do appeal in the consumer court against the intel for true justice. I request that either intel replace my mother boart or pay my full expenditure.

If intel has such types of rules and regulations then intel must have to provide such types of guaranty guideline to every costumer. Then I have not taking such type products. When I bought such system then dealer told me that it has 3 years guaranty. This is fraud way to selling products. Indian government must have to block such types of companies.

I request to you please take a hard action against the intel. I will be with you everytime. I need my justice truely
