Given at service centre- Vintech electronics authorised service centre from HP,
Model colony, Deep Banglow Chauk, Pune on 29th Dec. 2008
Dint recieved till now, today is 3 Feb 2009

I bought this laptop about 1 year ago. Now after the one month of its warranty
expiry date it stopped working. Then I went to the Vintech service centre (on 28
Dec. 2008). They told me that, mother board has to be replaced. They also said that
this problem is from company so u dont have to pay any charges ( I knew it b'cuz
some of my friends got there mother board replaced from the same centre without
charges). Now I am going there on regular basis ( today is 3rd of Feb 2009), they do
not give any satisfactory answere about my laptop. two times they gave me my laptop
and said part has been changed but when I took it at home only after 1 hour it
stopped working. some time I get the messeges that your laptop part has been
received and when I go to the centre they says no we dint get any part. I dont know
who is making me fool, the company or the service centre. I m totally getting
irritate.By profession I am an MBA student and just waiting for getting
placed. But this laptop problem is directly affecting my studies. This is third
time they said we re-ordered Your laptop part. I just want to ask that once they
changed the mother board then "is it possible that new borad also have the same
problem" but once it can be but this third time they have re-ordered the part 'as
they told me'.
Please help me out, I heard about these forum from my friends that You can help me
out in this issue. Please convey my messege to the right authority.
