Hi,
I have purchased ASUS Computer Motherboard on 9th November 2006 & Manufacturer is
providing 3 year warranty from the purchase date.
I had a problem with the board in the month of July 2009 but the manufacturer was
not accepting it for repair saying they have stop manufactring the perticular type
of product & not
consider this board in warranty. After following up with Servicer manager of the
company they have taken it for repair on 11th September 2006. Now they are saying
Motherboard
cannot be repaired & they will not provide any replacement. I have following up with
the company from last 3 months for the same but they are asking distributor's
invoice. My dealer
S. P. Infosys(Lamington Road) has provided the Distributors Invoice but the company
is not accepting that also. I am having valid bill of purchase with me & Product is
still in warranty
till 8th November 2009. The Manufacturer & Dealer are fighting for Distributor
Invoice & due to which I am suffering. Kindly go through the below trail mail for
details & please provide
the help so that my problem will get solved.
