respected sir/ madam,
i purchased a dell studio 14 from dealer k.c. computers in Ludhiana/punjab on 29 aug
2009. I worked fine for 15 days than started giving problems and than once screen
lapsed on 24 sep, 2009. i have launched a complaint regarding that and they provide
me online assistance after half an hour of wait. than finally launched my complaint
regarding the hardware problem and assure me to replace hardware part on Tuesday
evening.. i just want to ask that why my new laptop mother lapsed with in 20 days of
purchase of laptop.. and can i claim the company for a new system to replace me the
product beacuse the repaired one also create problem in near future.. please guide
me on that...
i have also heard about the 2 month replacement policy of dell care, to replace
laptop if broke down in 2 months...
