1 Year ago I purchased a samsung LCD monitor suddenly one on 26 january a black spot appeared on the right bottom corner of my screen i contacted the local dealer he said its a problem within the panel its in warranty company will replace it we made a complaint on 28 jan to samsung workshop its request number is
8439568203 a engineer visited my place and clicked some pics and told us that it will be replaced in 2 days other engineer came and replaced the panel and told us that it was due to some physical damage which is not under warranty and we have to pay 7500 rs as charges wheras new screen comes for 6000 only . we told him that in whole year we dint moved it a inch from place no physical damage has been done to this screen i found out that its because of some dead pixels or other problem which could be because of any reason .But the company is still blaming us and they r not replying to our calls .
