Sir I have a 20" LED Monitor of SAMSUNG company (Sr.No.LS20A300NS/XL, Sr.No.254QHMDB502416) , i bought it in last year with 3 year warranty. But now it has problem and company engineer said its broken by u. so you have to Rs. 4744.17 o repair. But there is not even single scratch on it. so how its possible that its broken by me. So plz sir i request you to do justice with me. i am helpless and not be able to pay such amount.
