    Post LG defective LCD after just 10 days of use

    I bought an LCD on dated 22/09/2011 of L.G. (Model no.- W2043C-PF-BTRVAPL ; Serial No. - 105PMKT016349) from Kalyan computer, Jalandhar through E Work Point, Kartarpur. It came out to be defective after 10 days of use. A distinctive yellow vertical line began to appear in the middle of the screen. I filed a complaint on the same day to the company (L.G Support service). After around 10 days, an agent from L.G visited my place to have a look at the issue with the LCD. He replied back that the LCD was being covered with rust at certain points from within and he further suggested to bring the LCD to their service center at Jalnadhar so as to talk with senior authorities. When I took that to there, they declared that It was a physical damage issue (rust) and they cannot deal with it (Dated : 24/10/2011)
    There was not any physical damage done by me to the LCD. Moreover, I used the LCD for just 10 days, so there is no chance of any such damage.

    Sir I am also facing the same problem. My Led has only 3 months old.

    I registered a complaint at your toll free on 03/04/2012 and its Repair Receipt Number : RNA120403094711. A technician visited the site on 06/04/2012 and says that the complaint is due to physical damage. But he cant prove the reason correctly because he cant show even a scratch on the LED physically. Then I contact the Dealer and he gave the service head's mobile number (Ratheesh 9846299714). After contacting Rathesh nothing happened. Many times he did not attend the phone call. While tracking Complaint ID on LG website it shows that the complaint resolved on 06-04-2012. They refuse to give support. Today (11-04-2012) I again registered a complaint at your toll free and its no. is RNA120411025866. So kindly take necessary action to resolve it.
