I am Rudreshappa B S staying at #4, 1st main, 1st cross Marenhalli Tank Bund Road, jayanagar 4th T Block Bangalore- 560041 had given 17" CRT Syncmaster794mg Samsung monitor to adithi infotech #674/73, 10th Main Road, R.P.C Layout, 2nd Stage, vijayanaar, Bangalore - 560 040 for service.

To know monitor service when I called from my mobile 8050663216 to a person whose name prasad who is incharge of adithi infotech contact number 98451 01520, 99860 84242 said that your monitor tested the display IC is damaged it is to be replaced, after replacing it we need to check wether it works or not after that we let you know whether it can repaired or not, and it will be delivered today evening that is on 06/01/2012.

I didnt get a call at forenoon, so I called him to know about service status, then he said that the LUT got damaged so it need to be replaced and to be checked, if does not work we can not repair it and will return on that itself and told me to call me back after two hours.

After two hours I called him to know the monitor service status, he said the monitor can not be repaired they will repair it on that day evening.

For crossverification when i called his office about the monitor service status the person called Santhosh phone number 9743501980 said that your monitor is serviced working fine, will be delivered tomorrow on 7th of jan 2012. To confirm it I asked him thrice about the service status, he repeatedly said he has seen working report and its working fine and will be delivered on morning of 7/01/2012.

Immediately the person named prasad phoned me and said why you did not wait my call. when i asked about what santhosh said then he said he has wrong report. Then I came to know that these people have cheated me.

They returned the monitor on 07/01/2012 evening. I just gone through to check what they have done, then I am being an electronic engineer came to know that they replaced the monitor board. I came to know with help of Fuse. Earlier the fuse was transparent after service it was opaque and no resoldering is not done at fuse place for replacement. Along with that the monitor power supply green LED was going blinking when CPU is not connected to the monitor, but now the monitor power supply green LED is continuously ON. through this I came to know that that they cheated me.


I am hereby attaching copy of service report receipt received from the adithi infotech candidated santhosh at the time of monitor taken to their office for service from my home.

So kindly help me out get justice and to curb this type cheating people in service domain
