We have a 22'' PC LCD Samsung Sync Master Monitor - Purchase Date: 15-May-2010 got some problem with the display from End of June-2011.
We already have complained on the same with Complain No: 8433360401
As per the local Samsung Service Center, they have offered us with 55% money back option; but we are not happy with the offer to us.
What we want is to Replace the defect part or FULL Amount Return.

We also have tried to send a legal notice to the Head Quarter Samsung India -
The Managing Director,
Samsung Electronics Co.Ltd.,
7th & 8th Floor, IFCI Tower,
61, Nehru Place, New Delhi.

however it looks like either the Address has been changed or they are not very keen to receive this kind of Legal Letters - so our AD letter got back to us with "Left" as a comment in it.

Please suggest us something on the same.
