i bought a HCL desktop 3yr back......but 7 months back its LCD started giving me problem.......i sent it to the nearest HCL service center and they returned it back saying they don't find it faulty its absolutely all right......3 months back i had the same problem... this time they said there's a problem with its display card we need to sent it to banglore for further process.......after 10 days they returned it back saying they don't have the spare for it......although it was not under warranty but still they need to have spare of there goods.......i bought that LCD for 8000 .....now what should i do with that LCD .....they should provide with the spare ...its been only 3 yrs......you can't just say that we don't have a spare of the product we sold 3 yrs back......
