    Default Samsung Monitor

    Dear Sir,
    I had purchased a Samsung Monitor. it was not working from
    18th july so i complained to samsung customer care , They sent an engineer
    to my home. He checked and said that we will repair it in 2-3 days.nd take
    my monitor to thie service center. till 1 week they did'nt give me any
    response.then I had make call to service center and ask what is exact
    condition they said we waiting for your monitor part which is fault.till
    then I am calling them regular but they are not pick up phone.when they pick
    up phone said we are very busy and don't call us when we have free time your
    monitor have been repaired .
    When i have called to customer care regarding this. they don't give me any
    response.
    Now i thought why i purchased of samsung product. In future i will never
    purchase samsung product
    please help me what should i do for this...................

    Talking Samsung Monitor : Worst service by samsung india Service Centre

    I purchased a 19 inches lcd monitor on january 2008... six months back i found some display problem in my monitor... And right then i filed a complaint about that...Around 10 technicians have come to my home so far and none of them resolved my problem... And finally i was asked to bring the monitor to the nearest service centre... Two months before i went there with my monitor and they kept my monitor with them for 5 days... After that, i phoned them and they told the display board is defective and it needs to be replaced... They asked me to wait for 20 days to receive a new display board... I did wait... That board didnt match my monitor...So i was asked to wait another 20 days for another new board...But the same result... So finally they promised me to replace mine with a new one and they told, for that i need to wait for 20 days... I waited for a month for replacement but no call received regarding that... So i phoned them and now they telling The replacement approval is declined and they askin me to wait for another 7 days for a new board...
    I have totally lost all my faith on them... My warranty period is still alive... So kindly turn your attention towards this case and solve it ASAP...

    Pls. provide us your complete contact details with your email ID. Please provide us the details related to product, also about the date of purchase, with the date on which you have submitted the product with the service centre.

    Dear Mr. Kishore,

    Pls. send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. and wait for the response for 15 days. Don't forget to keep a copy of that letter. Revert back soon after getting any response from them.

    Thumbs down Defective LCD Monitor by SAMSUNG

    This complaint is regarding the 18.5” LCD purchased by me on April 10, 2009. The Model Number is 943swx.

    While cleaning its front panel, the scratches start appears on it. I registered a complaint regarding this problem and the B.P. No. is 8406743812. After several complaints, it was replaced by you on June 05, 2009.

    After a few days, the same problem appears with the new one. While cleaning its panel with cotton, the scratches appear on the upper side of the panel as well as on stand.

    The panel was replaced in July 2009 and the same problem persists. That means, your company is manufacturing low quality products to earn more profits and is not thinking about customer satisfaction.

    I have already spoken with Mr. Chirag, Ms. Kusum Aggarwal and Mr. Verma regarding this problem. I have been told that an engineer will visit my place. Finally, he visited to examine the problem on June 29, 2009 and told me this problem is occurring because there is a lot of shine on the panel and wants a letter from me with detailed description of my problem. I wrote a letter and handed over to him.

    I have already registered a complaint at National Consumer Helpline and the Docket Number is (238706900009).

    To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there. The address is:

    Hi,

    So far, I have already 3 letters at their Nehru Place address mentioned by you. All the letters were sent through Courier. In August, I got a call from them and said that they will follow up on my complaint. The last letter was sent to them on September 27, 2009. Till date, nothing has been done.

    I could not locate their CEO's email address to escalate my problem. Please let me know, how I can resolve this problem at the earliest.

    Dear Mr. Kumar,

    Just send a notice to the Co. at above mentioned address on the name of MD of the Co. Give them a time frame of maximum 15 days to give you any positive response in that time frame. Also mention that if they are not going to provide you any help in that time period, you are going to file your complaint in Consumer Forum.

    Default Samsung : Nobody cares

    Dear Sirs



    This is regarding the complaint for a SAMSUNG Monitor : Model : 943NWX ,
    Model Code : LS19MYNKF/XTP with Serial Number : MY19HMDQ424860J. We had
    purchased this Monitor 4 months ago and its covered under warranty.



    The Monitor stopped functioning since September 25 , 2009 and we lodged a
    complaint with Samsung on September 26, 2009 and our complaint number was #
    8407752966.



    The service engineer Mr. Rahul Aggarwal (Mobile# 9971196357) from FSC Okhla
    Phase - I, New Delhi working under Mr. P.K Mohan (Mobile # 9910368562) came
    to our office and informed us on October 26 , 2009 that it will take 3 more
    days to get the Monitor replaced.



    Till today : despite our more than Till today 1000 reminders , numerous
    telephone calls : The monitor is still faulty and a big loss for us.



    We are shocked by the quality of service provided by Samsung and talking
    customers for a ride.



    No one cares to give us a clear reply and no even cares to pick up the phone
    and despite sending more than 1000 mails : the only reply we receive is an
    automated message .



    Is this what SAMSUNG world class service is providing to customers : One has
    to make sure that Indians are not made fools by a Korean MNC.



    This is a way a Korean MNC makes fool of Indians . You can imagine how much
    of loss we have already incurred because of non availability of a computer
    system .
